Locks

Our locks are sliding patio bolts. They are super easy to use, slide in and out of your door frame without having to lock each time. Especially handy with a busy household when you need to keep your pooch inside while you are out on the driveway. There are 2 sets of keys provided when you do wish to lock. Keep one on a hook around the corner from your security door and one on your key ring.

Sliding Bolts

Hinge Strap

Your QUICKFIX Security Door has an adjustable toggle which goes onto our clever hinge strap. Once fixed on the inside of your frame (or you may be face mounting), adjust the toggle to fit your door width and simply pop your security door on bottom and top hooks to secure your Quickfix Security door. The sliding patio bolt goes into your door frame or the strike plate we provide.

Strike Plate and Facemount

If there are door knobs or your door frame is less than 830mm wide you can facemount on your timber frame to avoid them. We supply a “strike plate” for your lock to go into. If you are unsure how this works and especially if you have a classic Villa door knob, we can help you.  Simply email us a photo of your door frame to michelle@quickfixsecurity.co.nz
